What you need to know to start using your

E-PASS, SUNPASS & O-PASS

  • Uncovered Parking – When coming to park use the designated center E-PASS & SUNPASS entry lane. One of our shuttle buses will pick you up at your car and take you to the airport right away.
  • Covered Parking** – Go through the covered parking entrance and park as usual. **If you have an E-PASS or SUNPASS and don’t want to use it then please put your transponder in your protected RF bag supplied with the transponser prior to entering the parking facility so that it will not be charged.
  • Upon Return – When returning from your travel, proceed to Ground Transportation Level 1 at OIA, take one of the Park Bark and Fly Shuttle buses to your vehicle and then when exiting use the designated center E-PASS exit lane.
  • E-PASS Receipt – After exiting the parking facility you will receive a receipt via e-mail to the e-mail address that you have on file with the Expressway Authority.
  • Order an E-Pass – If you don’t have an E-PASS  and would like one you can go online Click Here – ‘Get an E-PASS Now’ and order one on the E-PASS Website.

Not using E-Pass or SUNPASS?

If you don’t want to use E-PASS or SUNPASS yet get a ticket and continue to use the left entry and exit lanes.

If you are using covered parking please place your transponder in your glove compartment or in your RF protected bag and get a ticket as normal.

If you entered through one of the E-PASS/SUNPASS Lanes and the gate opened and you did not receive a ticket, please let an attendant know immediately so that your E-PASS/SUNPASS account will not be charged.

There will be no coupons or discount cards accepted when using E-PASS or SUNPASS.
