Park, Bark & Fly has signed an agreement with Car Charging Group Inc. to install and maintain electric vehicle chargers for customers at its parking facility near Orlando International Airport.
“As part of our agreement, we will share in a percentage of the revenue derived from the charging stations,” said Bob Stout, managing partner of Park, Bark & Fly, in a written release. “We consider electric car charging stations to be yet another in-demand service that will continue to expand our customer base.”
Park, Bark & Fly, located at 6050 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, can handle up to 3,500 vehicles. It offers Orlando airport parking coupled with amenities such as dog boarding, auto detailing and oil change services.
With this partnership, Car Charging Group has moved toward its goal of developing and operating a full nationwide network of charging stations for electric vehicles in designated parking areas on public and private property, such as multi-family residential and commercial buildings, parking garages, municipalities, sporting venues and other charging locations.
Car Charging Group Inc. is an owner and provider of electric vehicle charging stations. An estimated 40 million plug-in electric vehicles are predicted to be on the road by the year 2030. Based in Miami, it has launched its service in the South Florida market and is expanding its operations nationally and internationally.
